Solfeggio Frequencies

These frequencies have been used in 9th century music and chants, they are said to balance the mind by synchronizing brainwaves. This was all discovered in 1970's  by Dr Joseph Puleo, this is a single frequency that resonates with our brainwaves. 

396 Hz is associated with freeing you from feelings of fear and guilt. Allowing you to move forward from negative blockages. 

417 Hz encourages change as it is found to slow down heart rates. This elevates the brain from its automatic response to past trauma.  This frequency is linked with the sacral chakra allowing it to heal and unblock any trapped emotions. This frequency is also associated with limitless energy.

528 Hz is known in the spiritual community for facilitating miracles. Scientifically, it aids in repairing DNA by changing the reptilian brains genetically coded emotional impulses. This was proven by a study conducted in 1988 by Dr Glenn Rein who observed that DNA vials exposed to music with this frequency absorbed uv lights much faster than those exposed to other frequencies (rein, 1988). DNA's rate of absorption shows how healthy it is. This frequency also reduces total concentration of reactive oxidative species in brain tissue.

639 Hz stimulates the parts of the brain dealing with connection and prombs you to heal your relationships with others. Helping to balance and elevate the “mood”, promoting love, understanding and communication. 

741Hz affects the neocortex so it improves our problem-solving and logic skills. It encourages you to share your thoughts without the fear of rejection. Acting as a repulsive magnet for toxins, negativity, anger, jealousy, lies. It acts as a protective armour against all things negative, inside us and outside us. This is also the frequency of Throat Chakra, the Chakra of Truth. It is blocked by lies that we tell ourselves and to others.

852 Hz is known to help deepen our connection with our higher selves and the universe by helping you understand the divine order of everything in existence. Stimulating the third eye chakra, inner strength, and self-realisation by dissolving the energetic blockages that hinder communication with our higher self, spirit guides and spirit helpers.

963 Hz which includes a spiritual awakening.  It awakens our crown chakra (Sahasrara) and raises the positive energy and vibrations, and helps us return to Oneness - to our very source.
