Hello everyone 

I always see September as the grand entrance of winter. The autumn for me, heralds a time to celebrate, its a little like you've had a marvellous holiday or even day out laughter full of drama and excitement. Then the kids are bathed and in bed, and you can finally sit back, feet up and chill for a spell. Watching as Mother Nature shifts her energy into release mode. The changing jewel tones of leaves and foliage as she prepares for the colder months; its a last flush of glorious splendour, that final curtain call of the very last performance for this season, so may as well give your all.feel spiritually we could all take a leaf out, excuse the pun of her book ,its a strange time filled with nuances of growth and understanding and camaraderie.
So what better time to go all out and celebrate not the sad losses but the amazing saves, how much we have all grown, learnt to be responsible for our selves, our actions to continue to keep us all safe.through our amazing clients and the changes we all make together are striving to enjoy the last beautiful strokes of the summer and embracing our planet as she gives us her best encore, before she hibernates in the coming months so take a moment to celebrate her and us in what we’ve all gone through together rest and recuperate and celebrate these autumnal days and the spiritual lessons we’ve learnt .our focus now should be on regeneration much like a much needed sleep i for one will be embrace ing our sleep range of mists ,candles and incense what a wonderful way to relax, sleep well all. love sheila
