Hello everyone,

March is here, and with it comes a renewed sense of hope and joy. There is something about the onset of spring that always fills me with a sense of completion after coming out and letting go of the cold season. After the tedious winter month there’s nothing like the fresh new buds of spring bursting through the once frozen soil, to show us that everything renews, and everything goes through a full circle. Now more than ever is a time to hit the refresh button on our lives, it’s a great time to re-energise crystals or even buy some, whatever may be the case. Open the windows and doors and let the fresh spring air flow through your dwelling place removing stagnant energy allowing new invigorating and inspiring energy in to take it’s place. Clear out the wardrobe and organise it - rainbow style. It’s a month for love to blossom and healthy attitudes to take a hold, as you move through your home clearing out or revamping the old,  it will give you a sense of renewal, then you can focus inward with some beautiful rose quartz and fill your space with love .

Animals, birds and even us humans are all about the circle of life, help your energy chi this month with some well-placed incense to smudge out negativity (also helps ward of flies in the heat of summer, just saying).

March is all about letting yourself go a little nuts there’s some truth in that old saying, “mad as a March hare “(very spiritual creatures.. again just saying). Have fun and live a little, fill your home with spring flowers and lots of colours! Tie some ribbons around your washing line and pretend it’s a maypole for fun or whatever you do - do something invigorating that makes you and those around you smile, right now we could all use a little spring fever.
