Hi everyone, 

My darling mum's birthday, my wonderful husband's birthday and several very special, very  close friends - you know who you are ! 

As I reflect on the last few years, I can see with clarity how much life has changed; how much I’ve changed and hopefully grown to take the best out of every situation. With this in mind I want to share the knowledge that we all have to embrace all that life has to offer. As a triple Scorpio, anyone that knows anything about astrology will tell you we don’t like change, in fact in the past it’s left me trapped in fear! I know try (because that’s all we can do) to let go of the fear, move through it and out to the other side and I encourage everyone to do the same - if i can do it, so can you! Lastly, I trust that the universe knows what’s best for me and that it will never desert me. 

So if you love change, well done you! You're already embracing life’s challenges… If you're like me and are trying to grow, trying to embrace change, then look to those people around you that are constants. Remember, just like those stunning shifts of change nature goes through, it may seem severe but you too will shift and adjust and what once felt scary is now a part of the cycle of life… So I for one will be doing my very best to embrace instead of fear this month.
