Meaning 

One of the most positive cards of the minor arcana, this Six reveals visible success. Others acknowledge your achievements, and you can hold your head high. This gives you a particular type of validation that you’ve awaited for some time now.  In readings, the card often comes up to predict great marks in examinations and tests, the positive outcome of a court case, along with the success of long-term work projects and charity events.

Six of Pentacles

Meaning

This Six is the ‘giving’ card, and the generosity goes both ways. You may receive a welcome gift – money, a personal item, or donated time – or be the helper, reaching out to others in need because you absolutely understand their predicament. You may give quietly, without discussion, and do so because it’s the right thing. If you benefit from another person’s generosity, you accept their help with grace.  An additional reading of the card is being released from a karmic debt.

Six of Swords

Meaning

It’s time for happiness and serenity. This Six sees you making a decision to move on after a period of stress; this may be internal, as you find peace of mind, or external, as you feel guided to move on physically to a new place. In your career, you may be drawn to a new job, and if you are self-employed, you may look further afield for new clients. In readings, the card also comes up to show significant journeys, and sometimes emigration.
